committing 150% at  all times to a rigorous and punishing training schedule, in and out

at  the gym doors. Talk to yourself and be kind to yourself. Meditate and look  
inwards to find your inner strength and keep your training in perspective.  Of course, if 
you are going to excel and be a true athlete, you must  consider training as
